The answer will be 1.6V.
First add the resisrances to get equivalent resistance.i.e., 10ohm. Then find the current flowing by Ohm’s law.i.e, 0.2A. Now for the 8ohm resistance using the Ohm’s law compute the value of V. i.e., V = IR
=0.2*8
=1.6V

Voltmeter resistance 8 ohm is in parallel with another 8 ohm resistance. So thier equivalent is 4 ohm. So voltmeter reading will be voltage drop across this 4 ohm resistance. so volage across 4 ohmresistance is given by 2*(4/6) = 4/3V.
Hope it clears.
