Dear Sai ,
first of all we will calculate the equivalent resistance assuming ammeter as plane wire.
then find the total current passing through the circuit . then we will calculate potential difference across the cell .
now, calculate equivalent resistance without the above 2ohm resistance and find current passing through circuit that will be the reading in ammeter . and we will get c as correct option.
