As is equal to Q by v so we can conclude 2 microfarad Multiple by 10 volt is equal to 20 micro coulomb that

write loop law and you will get two eqns
1st for left loop and the for right loop
assume 1stloop charge q1 and right as q2 now solve the 2eqns
you can now get q1and q2 .
now youre answer will be q1+q2
