Dear Syed ,
 
In this circuit each lamps are connected in parallel so same current will pass through it and P.D will be same across each lamp..  
The reading in ammeter will be the current passing through the 3 resistance on the right side of ammeter .. 
So, current through each lamp = v/r = 220 x 1/1100 = 1/5A 
Current in ammeter = 3 x 1/5 = 3/5A ..
