Conversion of galvanometer into ammeter -

Connect a low resistance in parallel to the galvanometer

- wherein

 

 

 

Conversion of galvanometer into voltameter -

Connected a large Resistance R  in series

- wherein

 

0.95 R = \frac{RR_{v}}{R+R_{v}}

0.95 \times 30 = 0.05R_{v}

R_{v} = 570.2
