Potential at a point outside the charged solid sphere = kQ/r (r=distance from centre)
 
Take a full positive charged solid sphere of radius 2r. Find out potential (V1) at point P
 
Take a full negative charged solid sphere of radius r . Find potential (V2) at point P (V2 will be -ve)
 
V(net)=V1+V2
 
Btw is the answer  14ρr²/9E
