Omega = 1000 rad/sec.
Xl = Omega* L
Xl = 1000* 0.1 = 100 ohm
Similarly Xc = 1/(omega*C)
Xc = 500 ohm.
Qheta = tan-1(Xl- Xc)/ R
So, theta comes to be tan-1(-1)
which is equal to 135 degree (2nd quadrant)
