oh my friend world most easiest qustion 
really medium level but have to think this for solve the qustion – first steo to slove question 
between 10 ohm  earthed resistor and 30 ohm  all are in series due to same current so net resistance is 30 ohm
now earhed 30 ohm resistor and above found resistor are in paralell due to same voltage diff so net resistance 15 ohm
now 15 ohm 12 ohm and internal resitace 3 ohm are in again series so net toatal resistace of circuit is 30 ohm 
so corrent I =V/R 
I=20/30 
I=2/3
