Firstly we have to find the total molecules in one cup of water and we know that 18g of water (one mole)contain 6.02×10^23 molecules so in one cup there are 250/18 moles so total molecules are (250/18)×6.02×10^23 molecules.
Now oxygen have 8 protons and H2 have 2 protons in total so H2O have (8+2) 10 protons and when bonded contain 10 electrons in total or contain equal electrons and protons to become neutral molecule. Now every proton or electron have 1.6 ×10^_19 charge so in total (250/18)×6.02×10^23 molecules have (250/18)×6.02×10^23×10protons or electrons×1.6×10^_19 charge.
