All the bills are identical thus there resistance are identical. If the bulbs are rated to use at 220V then resistance of each bulb is V^2/P ie. 2202/100=484.
Since P=V^2/R
In series connection equivalent resistance ofthe circuit is 3 X 484. Thus current passing through each bulb = V/3×484= V/1452
in case of parallel connection the equivalent resistance of the circuit is 484/3= . Thus current through each bulb will be 1/3(V/(484/3))= V /484.
so in case of parallel connection the current passing through each bulb is greater thanthe current passing through them in series connection. The bulb glow with more brightness current will be in parallel connection.
