PE of a particle mass m in a conservative force field is given by V(x)= -ax^-6 + bx^-12. Find the position of the stable equilibrium and frequency for small oscillations of particle.(a and b are +ve constants)????

Dear student 
dU/dx = 6ax^-7 -12bx^-13
d^U/dx^2 = -42ax^-8 + 156bx^-14
Put d^2/dx^2 should be greater tha 0 for , stable equilibrium , 
a ,and b are positive constants.
