it would depend upon coeff. of resistivity for each metal element.
And as temperature increases the resiatnce would also rise according to the relaton.
Rf =Ri (1+ a(T2 – T1)).
where a is the coeff. of thermal expansion.

THE ANSWER IS (3) CARBON
CARBON BEING A SEMICONDUCTOR HAS GOT NEGATIVE COEFFICIENT OF RESISTANCE.
THIS IS BECAUSE THE NUMBER OF BONDS BROKEN AS TEMPERTURE INCREASES IS MORE HENCE INCREASING THE CONDUCTANCE AND REDUCING THE RESISTANCE.
