induced current in coil 1 will be anti clockwise and in 2 will be clockwise if current in the wire is decreasing  .
if current is increasing they coil 1 will have clockwise and 2 will have anti clockwise .

this is  on the basis of lenzes law.  please for confirmation u can check it on any good book for iit jee preparation . its 100% true. lenzes law tell that nature aborts changes means : if there is decrease in flux in a coil then it will try to be in previous state so it will increase flux  . and if if flux increases then it will try to decrease . so the  induction of emf changes considerably.

(1)THIS IS ONLY TRUE IF CURRENT IS SWITCHED ON!
(2)IF ITS FLOWING AT CONSTANT RATE NO CURRENT WILL BE INDUCED
FOR CASE 1 THE EXPLANATION GIVEN IS VERY MUCH CORRECT
