No. The schering's bridge is used to measure unknown capacitances. For measuring an unknown capacitance, if you use a wheatstone bridge, the balance condition would vary with the variations in frequency of test signal. Look up schering's bridge. It was designed for measuring unknown capacitances exclusively. It is independent of test signal frequency, and is appropriate.
