Once the steady state is reached current throgh branch ECD is zero, so you can just remove it out and can sove the circuit.
Find the p.d across ED and this will be the p.d across EC(or capacitor) as p.d across the CD resistance will be zero
P.d thru ECD = pd across EFD
= 12V
so 12 v is p.d across capacitor
