Let V battery be connected acroos the ciruit.
let x be the voltage at junction of all the three ohms.
At junction from KCL →
(x-V)/1 + (x – V)/2 + x/3 = 0
x = 9V/11
put the value of x and get the voltages across each resitance.
Then apply formulae for each resistance as:
P = v^2/R
and get the ratio.
answer will be:
4:2:27
