Dear Syed ,
 
The current in 9 ohm resistance will be zero ( capacitor acts as an open circuit in steady state )
The current will flow only through 3 ohm and 6 ohm resiatance and the sum of their current will be 11 Ampere.
More current will flow through 3ohm resistance so the answer will b option (a)

Capacitor will block DC current at steady stace so no current will flow through 9 ohm resistance.
Current through 3 ohm is given by 11*(6/9) = 7.33A.
Similiarly current through 6 ohm is given by 11*(3/9) = 3.67A.
