There is NO NET REACTANCE in the circuit. As the circuit is behaving as a resistive network, impedance is minimum. It could mean two things:

  1. Either the load is resistive and no reactances are involved
  2. Or the inductive and capacitive reactances, though present, are cancelling each other out because the frequency is same as the natural frequency of the circuit.
