Assume a current i in the loop (assume direction CCW ) and apply Kirchhoff’s Loop Rule (or Kirchhoff’s Voltage Law) :
$\fn_jvn -3i-2-i+6=0$ (starting from bottom left corner)
or, $\fn_jvn i=1 A$
Let bottom left corner is point A and bottom right corner is point B. Then,
$\fn_jvn V_{A}-3i-2=V_{B}$or,    $\fn_jvn V_{A}-V_{B}=3\times 1+2=5 V$ So, the answer is C.
