Torque experienced by the dipole moment p due to external magnetic field E making and angle $\theta$ with the dipole is
T = p*E*sin$\theta$

So T1 = p*E*sin$\theta$
and T2 = p*$\sqrt[]{3}$*E*sin(90 – $\theta$)
$\implies$ T2 = p*$\sqrt[]{3}$*E*cos$\theta$ = – p*E*sin$\theta$
$\implies$ tan$\theta$ = $\sqrt[]{3}$
$\implies$ $\theta$ = 60$\degree$
