How to find the capacitance of a capacitor if it has 4 dielectr8cs filled in its 4 quarters?

Treat them as four different capacitors, with individual values of capacitance

The top two will be in series, the bottom two will be in series and the combination of the top two will be in parallel with the combination in the bottom two
