HOW RESISTANCE VARIES WITH TEMPERATURE??? WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF INCREASING OR DECREASING TEMPERATURE ON SEMICONDUCTURS AND CONDUCTORS? IS THERE ANY SUITABLE EXPRESSION FOR THAT TO ESTIMATE THE VARIATON?

On increasing temperature for semiconductors the resisitvity decreases as it is Inversely proportional to resistance for Semiconductors.
On increasing temperature for conductors the resistivity increases and temperature is directly proportional to resistance for conductors.
