Applying KVL on line AB and adding potential we get:
-6v -6v -3v – 4v + 2v -1v = Potentil between point A and B.
So potential difference = -18v Ans 
We will add the incoming current of 1amp, and we will subtract outgoing current of 2amp from 3amp current.

Dear the correct answer will be 13 volt.
By KVL ,
Potential across A and B 
= 2*1 - 2V +4*1 + 3V + 3*2 = 13V
