Apply symmetry conditon n this at O 
 The resistance joining O will come in series = 2r 
2r || r = 2r/3 
2r/3 will come in series with 2r 
So, Its equivalnt = 8r/3 
8r/3 || 2r  is the equivalent R b/n A and B 
It will be = 8r/7 
B is correct
