First you needto find the current drawn from the Battery .
Current drawn = 10 / 5ohm
I = 2.0 A
Now in parallel the Resistance are same = 6ohm
So, Current wil divide 1 A and 1 A each
Now apply KVL
10 – 4 = Va =6v
10- 2 = Vb =8v
Vab = -2V
