the resistance is given by
dR = dr/2rL
R = (/2L)
R = (/2L)ln(R/r)
Put values of L, ,R and r. You will get answer.

resistance = resistivity ( length / area )
AREA of a hollow cylinder = (R2 - r2 ) = 3.14 x (4 – 1) x 10-6 = 9.42 x 10-6 m2
resistivity = 2 x 10 -8 m (** the resistivity provided in the question has an error)
