Help me to solve 23.7!! Find the unknown current i internal resistance r and the emf E ...in the diagram

Approved Tutor Answer7 Years agoLook the current i breaks into two part 1A and 2A.
So i=3A.
Now take the lower loop.
E=(1×1)+(2×3)=1+6=7 volt
Now take the entire outer loop.
12=ir+(2×3)
Or,12=3r+6
Or,3r=6
Or,r=2
