Applying Kirchoff’s rule, Since the circuit is in series let the amount of current that flows through it be i. 
22 – 6i – 5 – 4i + 3 – 2i =0
i = 5/3
now applying between point between B and A 
Vb – Va = 5 + 4(5/3) -3 = 2+20/3 = 26/3 Volts
