In above arrangement 3 and 2are in series which is parallel with 5 it becomes 5/2 now this is in series with 8 = 21/2 which is in parallel with 10 thus net is 210/41 . since V=IR so net current is 41/14 oh we don't need all this just directly do the voltage in 10 is 15
