The average current flown through the conductor would be the total charge flown through the conductor divided by the total time taken.
The total charge flown =

Total chare flown= 10*10+10*5=150 (as dQ=dT*i)
Total time =20sec
Therefore, average current= 150/20 = 7.5 A
So, the answer would be 7.5
