The resistrance shown here is in parallel
so Equivwlent of 4ohm and 4 ohm is 2 ohm . (First and last resistance)
now ideally resistance of ammeter is 0 ohm , so short circuit ammeter and solve for equivalent resistance and find the current flowing through Battery ,
It comes out to be 3/8 amp, then find the current in ammeter by current division rule , it will come out to be as 1/8 amp.
so, i think A would be corret option,
