							Sol. E = 12 volts
I^2 Rt = i^2 base rmsRT
⇒ E^2/R^2 = E^2 base rms/R^2 ⇒ E^2 = E base 0^2/2
⇒ E base 0^2/2 = 2E^2 ⇒ E base 0^2 = 2 * 12^2 = 2 * 144
⇒ E base 0 = √2* 144 = 16.97 = 17 V
