Dear kiran,
 
we can consider 3 resistance connected in parallel . one is AB and 2nd is along the arc ACB and 3rd along arc ADB..
now values of resistance in wire AB = 1ohm
value of length of arc ACB = 3.14 and its resistance = 1.57 ohm = resistance of arc ADC ..
Now you can calculate the effective resistance as all three are in parallel ..
