Resistance is R = resistivity*length of wire/Cross section Area
Let at dx distance from radii a we take the small element.
Then,
dR = p*dx/(pi*x^2)
dR = (p/pi)*(dx/x^2)
Integerating both sides we get,
R = -(p/pi*x) (a to b)
R = -(p/pi) (1/b – 1/a)
R =  (p/pi) (1/a - 1/b) ohm
