Dear Shashank

In complex circuits first find the current in the circuit using Kirchoff law then

Req = E/I

All the best

using thevnin's theorem,,u can simplyfy complicated circuits in a simple & understandable form....

in case if circuits are symmetrical in certain manner,,you are free to use kirchoff's laws by distributing the circuit into 2 or more identical forms.........and finally apply rules of addition of individual resistances to calculate eq. resistance....
