Dear Ajay,

It would have been nice if you posted the options as well but lets see. 

To begin with lets count the possibilities:

1. Current: yes, else there will be accumulation of charge in the cross-sections 
2. Current density: no, coz cross-section is changing
3. Drift Speed: No, coz I=neAvd and as A increases vd must decrease to keep I constant
4. Electric Field: No, Is a vector and if the wire has non uniform cross-section then it can't remain in one direction
5. Electric Field Magnitude: No, coz vd is proportional to E and if vd is not constant then E can't be
