This question can be solved using symmetry.
Imagine a perpendicular line passing from  A to B at point N. 
Now find the equivalent capacitance between A and N. (The result otained should then be multiplied by 2)
 
Between A and N... you have C/2 and just opposite to it at the top you have again C/2 rest remain the same as C. If there was an option of posting a pic I could have but the option of posting a photo seems to be unavailable.
