fluorine ( fir) is smaller size because it has small valency and atomic number.

Fluorine 's atomic no is 9
Here, O-2 and Naisoelectronic have electron same as neon which is inert gas .....then its size is large 
And Mg-2   2nd group element ....
size in periodic table decreases left to right except inert gas
F(Fluorine ) has smaller size .
