							The day right before any exam is very crucial for any student preparing religiously. It can prove excessively stressful and can directly affect their performance in the exam. Hence, students must plan their day in advance smartly to avoid any last minute shortcoming. 

Following are the best ways to spend your day right before any Exam:
1.Keep calm and stay composed. Revise smartly without taking any stress. This practice will always help students.
 
2.Plan or just make a strategy that suits you the best. Your understanding for a particular concept might be different from other students. So stick to your own strategy and have faith on it. 

3.Come up with a great time management for the big day. Decide the time you will take on each section on the paper or on any problem. Your approach to the paper must be crystal clear in advance. 

4.You must also meditate to relax yourself. Meditation can be really helpful. It not only relieves you of stress, but also makes you extra conscious and helps you stay alert. 

5.Other best way to relax is indulge in your interests and favorite activities. You can watch a movie or simply pick any book of your choice. 

6.You have spent a lot of time closed behind the doors preparing for the exam. This is the best time to come out and spend time with family. Share your ideas, opinions, and enjoy a quality time with them. 

7.Since the day before IIT-JEE and AIEE is very crucial, one must not underestimate the importance of healthy eating habits. Eat right, eat healthy, and stay energetic. You will need your energy.

8.Go to bed early to wake up fresh and energetic in the morning. It is important for you to have a proper sleep to avoid lethargy the next big day.
