MEDITATION IS CONSIDERED AS BEST FOR IIT ASPIRANTS. IT HELPS TO REMOVE STRESS AND INCREASE CONCENTRATION AND WILL POWER

yes , for sure yoga is the best way to increase concentration , but limit the time of yoga , beacuse u are doing yoga to relax your mind , not to increase the brain . 
so, instead of yoga , take fresh air by walking outside in evening and morning time , but give them the required time they deserve . not more than that . 
and also u can do your hobby which intrest u more at the break time , becoz constantly study will be not benificial as far as jee advanced is considered .
