sir i gave my viteee 2014 on april 14, 2014. the vit counselling is on mi have may 13, 2014 while i have my bitsat on may 16. how is it possible for me to attend the counselling physically. i dont know wat to do???? .... please help.

bits exam is booked by us using slot booking. you should go to bits site and should place a request to change the date. then they would see properly the reason and i guess would provide you with some solution.
