Sir I am studying in Amrita Coimbatore right now 1st year CSE I wasted a lot of time actually.. My whole +1 +2 is completely wasted like hell I didn't even get through the basics of physics and chemistry Mathematics was average I have decided to write jee again in January.. But I can't write in April due to my end semester exams I have to give it a perfect shot only now Please tell me what exactly I have to do What I have to study Which books must I refer for which topics I am a very fast learner Please help me

Just start the books and start reading them.
You can also purchase any material from a reputed coaching institute.
Be sure to work hard. As it will be difficult but not impossible.
