Sir, I am getting Mechanical Engineering at NIT Hamirpur, Thapar University, BITS Goa. What should be my preference order among these institutes?

BITS Goa you should chose.
Its better after IITs.

BITS Goa because BITS Pilani is as good as IIT and you get a BITS Pilani degree irrespective of which campus of BITS you’re from.Please don’t join any NIT.They’re not good.
