If your are asking about the quality education, IISC is the best. However, getting admitted there is damn too difficult whereas there are only five IIT’s that provide aerospace engineering program - IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur, which shows odds are less. In IIST many of the professors got there PhD from IISC. As they say IISC provides best teaching and guidance than any other university in India for at least aerospace engineering. If you want to join ISRO or DRDO then no one is better than IIST.
