If IIT JEE is one of the most difficult exam in world then, why IITs are not the best universities in World??

We cannot call an exam tough in general. It might be tough for me but not for you. So, pragmatically there`s nothing like `toughest` in the world.

JEE is like IRCTC Tatkal booking. Success probability is 0.001% but that doesn`t imply a booked ticket would get you a luxurious journey ahead.
