dear injila 
you are not elligible in case u dropped a year after class 12th , if u have joined any undergraduate bsc programmes , then u are elligible for stream “ SB “ , else no chance , 
in the time of form filling u need to show the details of bsc programme . 
kindly check the details on the respective website ,
