dear sahil
donot prefer iit if u want to study cosmology , u can go with indian institute of astronomy , bangalore , iisc bangalore . and all iiser ,
indian institute of space science and tech also their , and iit have a branch in engg physics named as astrophysics and cosmology , u can choose that
