If you are getting any of the good IITs or NITs you should go for it. I think with an AIR of 1300, you will have many options. BITS pilani is also as renowned as the IITs. It depends on your eligibility and the branch that you desire. All the best.

BITS Pilani CSE if you want a good placement.IIT Delhi Chemical Engineering,IIT Delhi Production and Industrial Engineering,IIT Kanpur Aerospace Engineering, IIT Roorkee ECE and IIT Roorkee Mechanical if you want to go for higher studies.
