I am getiing applied geology in iit kharagpur and roorki. What i will learn in this branch? i have heard that this branch need memorising thing,is it true? should i go in iit accepting this branch or wait for nit or think about mechanical branch in COEP?(ACTUALLY MY RANK FOR NIT IS BETWEEN 50000TO 60000 AND I AM OBC NCL) If you are asking me about my interest. then actually i like to understand things and can do learning also. i dont know whether i should prefer branch or brand name(iit). Which iit should i prefer?
