dear manas 
yes , you can do that , frst of all if you are in a cbse school then the class 12th will once cover in school , and just u need to do the following 
1- at 2-3 days in a week just revise the class 11th , and that revision must contain , imp notes , formula , prev year jee ques and numericals . 
2- donot leave the touch with class 12th syllabus , as thats very imp for board as well as jee . 
3- at every wekends analyse your performance with a mock test .
